Saturday Smoothie offered a convenient call-in pre-order service for its customers. However, some customers found it troublesome to make a pre-order via phone call and preferred an online alternative.
As Saturday Smoothie did not have a website, we took the opportunity to create one with a pre-order feature and company information to make it easier for customers to pre-order online and expand the service to a wider audience.

The essence of Saturday Smoothie lies in the idea of "cultivating vibrant energy." To bring this concept to life, I incorporated vibrant brand colors and hand-drawn design elements to represent the brand's vitality, and fresh-made quality of the drinks while also integrating engaging website interactions. Moreover, I prioritized accessibility, ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey.

The pre-order process, previously handled over phone calls, has been digitized with an online pre-order function on Saturday Smoothie's new website.
To pre-order a Saturday Smoothie, customers first need to select the pick-up store and the pick-up date and time. The pick-up time slots are divided into every 15 minutes as the store prepares items fresh-to-order, which takes about 5 -10 minutes. This helps in managing in-store orders and online pre-orders efficiently and avoids order jams.
Just like in-store purchasing, users can add boosters to their blends on the website to create custom drinks. One of the advantages of ordering online is that users can reorder their previous drinks, making repurchasing their custom items fast and easy.
When it comes to healthy drinks, customers are particularly interested in the nutrition facts of the items. To make it more accessible and readable, I have highlighted it on the product page and presented 2 drink sizes as tabs that can be toggled between easily.

Some customers of Saturday Smoothies would look for guidance on healthy drink options while shopping in-store.
To provide a similar experience and service on the website, we have developed a "Smoothie Finder" tool that consists of 5 questionnaires about flavor and wellness preferences to assist users in selecting the appropriate blends that meet their specific demands.
