The primary objective is to develop an efficient booking system that seamlessly integrates extensive information on services like transportation, lodging, ski passes, gear rentals, and lessons, aiming to simplify trip planning and minimize stress.

Karsten Ski is dedicated to offering a hassle-free ski trip planning experience. We believe that the excitement of a ski holiday should commence right from the moment of booking. To fulfill this vision, I organized and presented an extensive array of content systematically, prioritizing readability and clarity, and avoiding unnecessary clutter while infusing the website with the exhilaration of winter sports.

Make Exploring Ski resorts easy
When embarking on the journey of planning a ski trip, the initial step is to select the destination. To assist users in exploring the ski resorts available on Karsten Ski's website, we have integrated a comprehensive list of destinations within the mega menu, which features a ski resort map accompanied by a photo of each location.
Upon hovering over the resort photos, the corresponding location on the map illuminates, offering users a better geographical and visual glance at each destination. This feature makes it easier to initiate their trip planning and facilitates decision-making.

Karsten Ski aspired to develop a website serving not just as an online travel booking platform but also as an informative resource for ski resorts. Consequently, their website provides comprehensive details about various ski destinations.
When designing the resort info pages, two crucial aspects were considered:

- Ensuring easy accessibility of content as users navigate the pages.
- The information should be presented in a way that is easy to read and understand.
To accomplish these objectives, I prioritized organizing the extensive content using tab navigation for effortless access. Additionally, I crafted a structured layout incorporating graphics to enhance readability and visual appeal, thus facilitating an engaging and informative experience for users exploring resort information.

THE FLIGHT
When selecting flights, there are three primary actions: choosing the flights, fares, and luggage options.
Given that luggage preferences can vary among individual passengers while flight choices and fares apply to all travelers in the group, I've divided the process into two steps. First, users can select the flights and prices for the entire group. Then, they can proceed to choose the appropriate luggage options for each passenger. This approach ensures flexibility for customized bookings and maintains a smooth and effortless flow throughout the process.

To accurately display prices based on age, personal information of the travelers is required. Hence, I've structured the ski extra services by person, presenting each traveler's service options on a single panel. For example, if a user wants to rent ski equipment, besides the basic traveler info requested on the main panel, they will need to provide additional personal information on the equipment hire page.
